Position Overview: The Office Manager oversees, manages and processes the financials of the organization as well as reconciles and maintains company records. Human resources support includes employee relations, recruitment and new hire on-boarding. This position is 20 hours/week.

Expectations:
1. Pay Suppliers
a. Input, pay and confirm all invoices for accuracy/reporting
b. Facilitate as needed the negotiating and renewing of supplier contracts
c. Maintain supplier relationships and accountability, working as needed with the Restaurant Leadership Team (RLT)
d. Initiate communication regarding service/product discrepancies and immediately seek corrective action.
2. Payroll
a. Process payroll bi-weekly, insuring accurate payments through appropriate deductions, etc.
b. Annually process W-2 printing/distribution to current/past employees
3. Collections
a. Monitor financial reports for any recurring issues and follow up with appropriate leaders
b. Maintain current records for all customers, including tangible files and digital documentation
c. Ensure all customer balances are collected within 60 days
d. Analyze any outstanding balances that are over 30-days past due and send additional statements/communication to the appropriate parties
e. Ensure proper documentation is on file for tax-exempt customers
4. End of Month
a. Ensure all communication regarding custom notes is emailed to the restaurant accountant a minimum of six days prior to month-end to confirm efficient turnaround of FCR being finalized
b. Ensure all transfers are entered prior to 9 PM on the final business day of the month
c. Reconcile company credit card statements monthly
5. Organizational Alignment
a. Connect as needed with COO and Sr. Ops Directors on any issues regarding data entry/record keeping at the restaurant level
b. Connect as needed with CEO on any financial questions regarding organizational, etc.
c. Update employment status with states of Missouri and Kansas
6. Human Resources
a. Oversee accuracy for on-boarding of new employees
b. Execute employees insurance enrollment as well as Health Benefit administration
c. Oversee Chick-fil-A Scholarship process
d. Oversee Ward Parkway and Mission Crossing Tuition Assistance Programs
e. Exhibit working knowledge of state and local employment law compliance
f. Ensure employee disciplinary action takes place thru the HR function
