Position Overview:

The responsibility of our Dining Room Captain is to greet and assist our dine-in customers and keep the dining area clean and well-stocked. Prior experience as a host, hostess, or restaurant crew member, team member is not required but is preferred.

The team member's role is more than just a job - it’s an opportunity to serve the community and make a real difference in the daily lives of everyone we meet! Job Responsibilities Include:

• Using our "CORE 4" model to serve guests: Creating eye contact, smiling, speaking enthusiastically, staying connected
• Providing Second Mile Service: Go above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service.
• Striving to build great relationships with co-workers, as all positions require teamwork.
• The ability to lift 20-30 pounds on a regular basis
• Being detail orientated and able to multitask
• Having a servant spirit with a strong sense of stewardship
